The Bar Council have now introduced new public
Access Rules to qualified barristers. Barristers are now in a position
to provide their services directly to the public. This is known
at the Direct Public Access Scheme. The Public Access scheme allows
lay clients to instruct barristers without the need to use a solicitor
as an intermediary.
Under the new Bar Council Rules, any individuals or professionals
or businesses can now directly instruct Barrister Anis Rahman, an
experienced and qualified Direct Public Access Barrister. The scheme
represents savings for clients and companies who do not require
a solicitor in the first place. It is now possible to resolve an
issue directly with the expert help of a barrister and without incurring
the cost of a solicitor therefore making savings.
The Direct Public Access scheme is suitable to any members of the
public, expatriates, professionals, companies, small and medium-sized
businesses, members of trade associations and charitable and non
profit organisations.
